Coach performance score

Each dot is one coach. Score = their average (actual round − Elo-expected round) across every World Cup they coached — positive means they beat their teams' Elo-implied odds on average, negative means they fell short. The vertical spread has no meaning; it only keeps overlapping dots readable.

Reuses the per-team-year expected/actual rounds already computed for the "Simulated vs. actual" chart (no re-simulation needed) — a coach's score is just the mean of their own rows, grouped by coach name across every team and year they appear with. Dot size scales gently with how many World Cups that coach appears in. Vertical position is a deterministic beeswarm packing (fixed step size, not random jitter) so dots never overlap.
